- Added toggle to enable/disable Communities feed tab
- Stored in localStorage (mew:showCommunitiesFeed)
- Defaults to disabled (false)
- Toggle is disabled when no communities are added
- Description updates dynamically showing community count
- Toast notifications on toggle
- Positioned next to Global feed toggle for consistency
