2ro d48ffa1225 plugin: allow kind 24140 (Authorize Sessions session channel) ...

Add 24140 to DEFAULT_ALLOWED_KINDS so the write policy admits the
Authorize Sessions session-channel events that Sign in with Goblin
relies on. Inserted between 24133 (NIP-46 remote signing) and 27235.
Default-deny otherwise unchanged.
