Build 58: heavier Pay puck — Noto Sans JP Black weight ツ

Owner wanted more "black strength" on the puck mark; re-subset the same one
glyph from Noto Sans CJK JP Black (was Regular) for thicker, more confident
strokes. Same noto-tsu family / path, no code change.
