- Removed unused _rng parameter from gateways_for_init()

Resolved conflicts:
- Added event_tx field to MixnetClientBuilder alongside custom_nym_api_client
- Both features are independent and coexist:
* custom_nym_api_client: for domain fronting support
* event_tx: for event handling
- Updated all constructors and methods to properly handle both fields
