* Add /account/{address}

* Don't query vesting info

* Don't query rewards

* Remove unused code

* Addressing PR feedback
- not cloning nym nodes from cache
- reduced number of nym nodes kept in memory
- reduced number of iterations to read all data
- removed some fields
