Update some CI workflow names (#3926)

* Rename two workflows to fit naming scheme

* ci-build name change

* Rename 3 more workflows to ci- names

* Rename wallet.yml and nym-wallet-nightly-build to reverse naming scheme

* Rename to ci-contracts.yml

* Delete nym-wallet webdriverio workflow

* Update some workflow names
